Description of machine components
1. Two transparent windows are available on the top of the machine for the convenience of observing the status of ice cream. Each window has several small holes from where hot air can be overflowed, thus speeding up the production of ice cream.
2. Key "1"(on the right ) used for preliminary mixing of raw materials after they are put into the machine.
3. Key "2"(on the left ) used for programmed mixing of raw materials after they are mixed in advance and placed in the refrigerator.
4. Stirring paddle: Consideration has been taken into the design to avoid the paddle from being frozen with ice cream because the machine is placed in the refrigerator overlong or there is too much moisture in the mixed materials, so that the paddle can be easily separated from the body part when it is plugged out, preventing the mixing from being damaged due to too heavy force upon pullou
